The president’s FY 2022 budget was released last Friday. The Jim Martin Table summarizes proposed funding for major grant programs. Notably, the table excludes major legislative proposals for new and expanded programs, which will be summarized in a forthcoming Budget Brief. Our next transmission will be state estimates for some of the largest grant programs.
