The VIP Series: Republican Study Committee Proposal

In response to subscriber requests for state-by-state numbers that reflect the impact of the Republican Study Committee proposal on federal discretionary grants to states, we have prepared the attached Excel workbook. Each major discretionary grant has a page. The “Subtotal” page near the end consolidates all of the pages except those for transportation programs; the “Total” page adds in the transportation programs and provides the lump-sum comparative figures.
