UPDATE: Footnotes have been updated to reflect the passage of the second continuing resolution. Funding levels are unchanged.
The Jim Martin Table has been updated to reflect funding for major grants under the FY 2022 continuing resolution (CR) that passed the House, which would be in effect through December 3. The CR would set funding for most discretionary programs at the FY 2021 level. Mandatory programs would be funded at FY 2022 current-law estimates.
This table also reflects the latest progress in the House and Senate on FY 2022 spending bills.
