The law includes provisions to support crisis care and other mental health services, as well as substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery support services. It reauthorizes several grant programs in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and a few in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), most through fiscal year (FY) 2027.
