Update: FEMA amended the original state allocations in the NOFO to correct an error. This brief was updated October 21, 2022 to reflect these changes.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has released the fiscal year (FY) 2022 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the new State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP; CFDA 97.137). Out of $200 million appropriated for FY 2022, $185 million is being made available for grants. Applications are due November 15 and awards are expected by December 31.
