FY 2023 Enacted Appropriations: Labor

Fiscal year (FY) 2023 appropriations for Department of Labor programs were enacted in Division H of the omnibus appropriations bill, signed into law in December (P.L. 117-328). Of the programs most relevant to states, all received increased or flat funding.

This brief provides a summary of funding for selected labor programs as specified in the bill text, the accompanying explanatory statement, and the House committee report (which the explanatory statement indicates should be complied with unless specifically addressed otherwise).
