 Summary 

On March 15, 2022, the president signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (P.L. 117-103). Division L provides fiscal year (FY) 2022 funding for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This brief summarizes funding and other provisions of interest to states in the bill, the accompanying explanatory statement, and the House Report it references. It also highlights selected funding provided by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
