Final fiscal year (FY) 2021 appropriations for the Department of Energy (DOE) were included in P.L. 116-260. The explanatory statement that accompanies the Energy-Water portion of the bill notes that unless specified otherwise, the language included in House Report 116-100 should be complied with. Attached to P.L. 116-260 were several bills not related to annual appropriations.

This brief summarizes funding and other provisions related to appropriations for DOE and related agencies. It also highlights important provisions included in the following attached acts:
