The fiscal year (FY) 2021 Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations bill was enacted in Division B of the FY 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act (P.L. 116-260). This brief describes funding and policy provisions affecting Department of Commerce (DOC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) grant programs based on the bill, the accompanying joint explanatory statement, and the House committee report it references.
