This brief summarizes funding and other provisions in the bill (H.R. 7608) and the House committee report for the Department of Agriculture (USDA), and includes amendments that were adopted prior to passage by the full House. Figures included in the tables do not include supplemental appropriations provided in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
