Summary
The VIP Series focuses on federal grant-in-aid programs in the FFIS database that are of most importance to states. This edition provides state-by-state estimates based on the president’s proposed budget for fiscal year (FY) 2020, with estimated state allocations often a function of FY 2019 shares. It also updates many allocations for FY 2019 and some for FY 2018.
