The Jim Martin Table has been updated to reflect the Continuting Appropriations Resolution, 2015 (CR, P.L. 113-164) signed by the pressident on September 19, 2014. The CR sets funding for most discretionary programs at the FY 2014 spending level reduced by an across-the-board rescission of -0.0554%. Funding for mandatory programs reflects current law estimates and a cut of -7.3% for those mandatory programs subject to sequester under the Budget Control Act of 2011 (P.L. 112-25). These cuts are scheduled to take place on October 1, 2014.
