The Jim Martin Table has been updated to reflect funding for major grants under the FY 2016 continuing resolution (P.L. 114-53), signed by the president on September 30, 2015. The CR sets funding for most discretionary programs at the FY 2015 level, subject to a -.2108% across the board rescission. Funding for mandatory programs reflects current law estimates and a cut of -6.8% for those mandatory programs subject to sequester under the Budget Control Act of 2011 (P.L. 112-25). These cuts took place on October 1, 2015.
