The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA; H.R. 3684) authorizes and, in some cases appropriates funding for programs in a wide variety of areas. Previous FFIS briefs have summarized divisions of the bill that authorize funding for areas relevant to states, including their related appropriations. Division J of the bill also appropriates funding for several existing programs that are neither reauthorized nor amended by the IIJA. This brief highlights appropriations relevant to states and not highlighted in other briefs.
