Fiscal year (FY) 2024 funding for the Department of Energy (DOE) and related agencies was included in the first of two final appropriations packages (P.L. 118-42). Funding provided in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is largely excluded here.
