Assessing Pre-K Enrollment, Spending, and Quality
In its State Preschool Yearbook for 2014-2015, the National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER) evaluates states on a host of indicators. It finds increases in enrollment, quality, and funding, while noting that “access to a high-quality preschool program remained highly unequal.”
