Summary
In late December, the president signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (P.L. 117-328). Division L provides fiscal year (FY) 2023 funding for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Division N of the omnibus, the Disaster Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2023, appropriated additional funds for selected programs.
