Today, the president released his FY 2013 budget. FFIS has updated its Jim Martin Table to reflect national totals for major discretionary and mandatory funding as proposed by the president. The table also includes a column showing hypothetical FY 2013 funding levels under the Budget Control Act (BCA) sequester.
