The Jim Martin Table has been updated to reflect funding for major grants under the FY 2018 continuing resolution, in effect until December 8, 2017. The CR sets funding for most discretionary programs at the FY 2017 level, subject to a -.6791% across the board rescission. Funding for mandatory programs reflects current law estimates and a cut of -6.6% for programs subject to sequestration under the Budget Control Act of 2011.
