 Summary 

The second fiscal year (FY) 2024 continuing resolution (CR) is set to expire in two phases, with funding for some agencies extended through January 19 and for others through February 2. A third CR is under consideration that would extend these dates to March 1 and March 8.

This brief highlights key provisions of the proposed CR. Table 1 shows annualized funding for selected grants under it.
